ABOUT NAHOKO

Nahoko Komatsu O is a contemporary artist based in Japan and the UK. She uses painting to explore emotions and thoughts on various important topics including current affairs, women's rights, peace, human anatomy, and Japanese culture. ​

​

Through her practice, she aims to prompt viewers to question the world around them and make a positive impact on their thoughts and emotions. She derives pleasure from the intricate and mysterious journey of creating and analyzing art, and wants to share this excitement with viewers, encouraging a deep exploration of meaning and symbolism in her work.
